If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

• Changes made 12–24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service.

• Changes made less than 12 hours before the appointment or on the day will be charged 100%.

Please understand that we reserve time and slot specifically for you.

If you are late please give us a notice. We will still accept you (only with a notice) but will may not have enough time for full service.
However, price will remain the same amount.
